I AM CURRENTLY NOT TAKING DOULA CLIENTS.
I am proud to offer Doula Services, as I work diligently toward becoming certified as a Certified Professional Doula with toLabor. toLabor is The Organization of Labor Assistants for Birth Options & Resources, and is formerly known as ALACE.
The following are details about what My Gentle Birthing has to offer through Doula Services:
As your Labor Support/Doula, I will provide emotional and physical support, advocacy, empowerment, help with communicating with care providers, and resources before, during and after the birth of your baby. My goal in working for you is to help you achieve your ideal birth experience for you and your baby. I draw on my own personal birth experience, my Social Work degree, and my experience as a mother, to provide support to families as they welcome their new additions.
